MILSET Expo-Sciences International 2009 (ESI 2009)
Tunisia, was the destination for prominent young scientists and teachers from around the world.
Asanda Mahlabela, Emelia Swart, Juoe Liu, Precious Msomi, Tyrin Smit, Servi Verster, Chevaan Patience, Lerothodi Molete, Jansie Smart and Phillipa Haines attended one of the world’s most famous youth science fairs, the twelfth MILSET Expo-Science Internationale 2009 (ESI 2009) which was held in Tunisia, Africa from 23 – 29 July 2009.
MILSET is the French acronym for International Movement for Leisure Activities in Science and Technology (Mouvement International pour le Loisir Scientifique et Technique). It is a non-governmental, non-profit and politically independent youth organisation, aimed at developing scientific culture among young people through the organisation of science-and-technology programmes, including Science Fairs and experimental activities of a high quality.
